**Count Daniel Smith Brings his sword up to a high guard, preparing himself for the training exercise as he watches the two peasants before him, trying to expect the unexpected and stop any projectiles coming from the two trainers. Carsgen has rolled 8. Count Daniel Smith has rolled 5. **Count Daniel Smith He's stuck with the snowball, swinging and missing with his blade. The snow splatters harmlessly off of his plate. **Julius picks up a snowball and tosses it towards the count Julius has rolled 1. Count Daniel Smith has rolled 8. **Count Daniel Smith Draws his sword in, placing it in between the path of the snowball and him. The ball shatters into a little snowy mist against his sword before it disappears into the snow. **Carsgen Tosses the White Ball at the Count's Helmet area. Carsgen has rolled 13. Count Daniel Smith has rolled 7. **Count Daniel Smith The snowball would smack him in the helmet, making him shiver from the cold icy snow on his face as he fails to block the snowball. **Julius aims and throws towards the count's arm Julius has rolled 5. Count Daniel Smith has rolled 10. **Count Daniel Smith Swings his blade downward, colliding it with the snowball and breaking it before it could touch his arm with a swift slash. **Carsgen Nods and picks up his third ball. **Carsgen Chucks it at the Count's Sword. Carsgen has rolled 11. Count Daniel Smith has rolled 2. **Count Daniel Smith Isn't able to actually strike it himself, failing the block, and the snowballl just splashes over his sword. **Julius picks up the next snowball and throws it at the count's neck Julius has rolled 1. Count Daniel Smith has rolled 10. **Count Daniel Smith Seems rather alert at this time, he brings his arms in towards his face and flicks the sword to the side, knocking the snowball from its path towards his neck. **Carsgen Readies his Fourth Volley with intent. **Carsgen Throws it for the Count's Upper Torso again. Carsgen has rolled 12. Count Daniel Smith has rolled 8. **Count Daniel Smith Fails in stopping the snowball, unable to bring his sword blade around to block the projectile before it hits his armor. **Julius picks up his fourth snowball and chucks it towards the count Julius has rolled 5. Count Daniel Smith has rolled 13. **Count Daniel Smith Seems to exercise the best of his ability, swishing his arms around and twisting the sword, making it obliterate the oncoming projectile without getting a snowflake on him. **Carsgen Readies his final throw with confience. **Carsgen Throws it hard at the Count's Helmet Region. Carsgen has rolled 2. Count Daniel Smith has rolled 5. **Count Daniel Smith With a quick twist of his sword. He brough it circling around, and outward to stop the snowball on its path. **Count Daniel Smith Brings his sword back up again, waiting for the final snowball. **Julius throws the snowball at the count Julius has rolled 5. Count Daniel Smith has rolled 10. **Julius applauds a final time **Count Daniel Smith Manages to slash the snowball from the air, cutting it in half before it would be able to hit him. With the training complete he'd sheath his sword, nodding to the man and thanking him with a bit of money. Count Daniel Smith says "You've done a good job there."
Did a speed exercise to see how quick he can dress in his plate armor.
**Count Daniel Smith Upon returnin to the warmth of his humble keep, the lord would proceed to pull on the straps of his plate armor pieces, loosening them and undoing them so he may slowly strip his armor off. He'd lift his helmet from his head, setting it aside, and eventually removes the gauntles and armplating from his arms. Once those are placed away he goes for his breastplate, lifting it off and setting it down in the center of the other armor pieces. After he'd strip off much of his armor, he completes the process by setting his leg armor down with the others. Staring at the set in its temporary spot. **Count Daniel Smith As he examines the set of plate armor for a moment, the count takes a deep breath. On an arbitrary time where he starts himself off, he'd begin to quickly collect his armor off the floor, taking the greaves and leg plating, sliding them and strapping them on to his shins and thighs. Tightening the straps to complete it. And as soon as he finishes that, he tries to make the best with his time, collecting the breastplate which he places over himself, securing it enough to prevent it from hanging loose on his body. **Count Daniel Smith With the most vital armor pieces he owns being strapped on to his body, he goes to hastily pick up the gauntlets and arm plating. Sliding them smoothly on to his arms and strapping them shut to secure them on his body. Once this was done he would be able to effortlessly take his helmet, sliding it on to fit his head, completing the exercise.
No logs. since it was widely displayed on the event or it happened quickly.
Commanded and organized a mass horde of rag tag adventurers, into a somewhat formidable militia.
Tried to organize and think about a strategy to battle the rock elemental instead of charging in.
Rescued Ragnar and pulled his heavy ass into cover.

Battled and helped command the fighters against the behemoth dunecrawler
**Count Daniel Smith Would advance quickly forward, he took his longsword in both arms and would swiftly hack into the beasts limb, at the join, hoping it strike an exposed place with his sharp truesteel blade (34dt)
The thick hide of the warrior strain of Dunecrawler seems difficult to cut. Those with 30+ lethality would be able to make a dent in its hide.
**Count Daniel Smith hacked into its limb's joint, denting into the hide with his truesteel blade before making a hastily withdrawal from the monsters range. not intending at all to stick around.
**Count Daniel Smith He would rush in once again at the beasts side. He came in briefly to swing his truesteel (34dt) blade at the beast. Attempting to strike the same join area where he hacked at last time.
Several adventurers still on its back slammed home into its neck repeatedly. Black blood spews from its mouth before a shriek of pain echoed throughout the chamber, loud enough to deafen those sensitive to sound.
Count Daniel Smith has rolled 15. **Count Daniel Smith Daniel Seemed to be barely affected by the shriek, his resistance holding strong. He would rush up to the back of the creature, climbing onto its back, and attempt to thrust his truesteel blade deep into the back of the beasts neck.
Its back would abruptly rip open, as a pair of immature *wings* emerged, flapping violently as it knocked the crowd off of its back in a hurry. Something was amiss.
He rolled off and stopped being useful in the fight there.

**Alfred Blackwood Nods lightly towards the Count, pulling the sword outwards from his back with a 'Shink', puling it overhead and unwrapping rolls of cloth from his pouch, beginning to slide them along the blade, then wrapping thema round completely. Alfred Blackwood says "How do you usually do it?" **Count Daniel Smith He'd draw his blade, and step out from the middle of the road. He holds the weapon in a low guard and replies. "I am trying to train my ability to halt attacks. Just try to strike me with the flat side of your blade and I will block it." **Alfred Blackwood Nods lightly as he positions himself infront of the Count, holding a high guard as he prepares his footing to strike towards the man, "Prepared?" Count Daniel Smith says "I am." **Alfred Blackwood Nods delicately at the Count, stepping forwards as he shifts the blade along the ground to his left side, jolting aheads and slashing the blade widely at the man's side with it's face. **Count Daniel Smith As the man came in with the brash attack, the lord lunges back somewhat, but with a swift turn of his blade he swings it into the oncoming strike, just enough to take the momentum and deflect it with a quick block. Grinning at the lucky start. **Alfred Blackwood Scrapes the blade against Daniels as it's redirected upwards, his force bringing it back along his side as he backsteps, repreparing his overhead guard. Afterwards, charging forwards again to smash down onto the man's shoulder with the face of his blade. **Count Daniel Smith Taking the time to watch the mans action as he charges, focusing on his defense, the count raises his weapon up and twists it. He uses his exceptional experience with the specific weapon to bring one of his hands against the flat side of the blade, holding it up and blocking the incoming strike. albeit with some rough vibrations going through his arm as he'd step back and replace his hand on the grip. **Alfred Blackwood Continues the blade downwards into the Count's block, a thud being pushed down the blade as he laughs lightly, preparing his guard again and pointing the blade forwards at a low angle. He pushes it foward to stab the blunted tip into his stomach. **Count Daniel Smith As he was waiting to spot the next attack coming, he had been unable to stop the thrusting stab in time. But the blade plinked harmlessly off of his armor as he grunted and backed up. "Oh good one! Keep going." He commented as he raised his guard again. **Alfred Blackwood Smiles at the comment, switching around his guard as he holds it against his side, lightly stepping forwards against at a face-first slash at his leg. **Count Daniel Smith As the nobleman would come in, swinging a low slash at his leg, Daniel bent forward and swung his blade down to face the downward position, swinging it aside as he leaned over to knocked the hit away. **Alfred Blackwood Continued the simple swing as the blade came down upon the blade, stressing the hilt as it's bashed into the ground with another crash, laughing heartily, "True. How much further?" **Count Daniel Smith As the blade was knocked into the floor, it gave him time to regain his guard. Standing upright again and bringing his sword up he nodded and replied. "We can go until you do not feel like continuing." **Alfred Blackwood Shrugs lightly, pulling the blade upwards as he begins to unwrap it, "I didn't feel like doing it much in the first place." **Count Daniel Smith Lowers the sword slightly and chuckles somewhat as he speaks. "Very well. Shall we hold off on it then?"
Then went to continue his literary studies with glacius before going to rest.
Did some strength training and tired himself out. **Count Daniel Smith Walks over to the work yard, where he would approach a short and stumpy, heavy wooden log. The count kneels down to grab onto it, lifting it up into the air with a considerable grunt, and moves it around to carry it over his back. With a slow turn, he begins to make his way across the field, lifting the heavy wooden log with him. **Count Daniel Smith Slowly makes his way over the little hills, straining his legs as the wooden weight becomes much heavier the further he marches with it. Eventually, he stopped walking on even ground, moving up to the base of a long, upward slope. He sighs and mentally prepares himself to move the log further. **Count Daniel Smith Slowly proceeds to walk up the hillside, carrying the log as he pants while climbing up the side of the hill, moving around rocks and brambles to make it to the top. After a minute of hauling the wood up to the top, he'd drop it to the floor and stare at it, taking a rest as he rolls his shoulders and stretches out. **Count Daniel Smith After moments of rest, the count would kneel down and scoop the log up in his arms. He would carry it back over his back and start to walk off, making his way back through the slightly easier march this time. He stepped down the hillside, still holding up the weight of the log as he makes his way to flatter ground. Once there, he'd walk along, slowly returning to his starting point. **Count Daniel Smith upon reaching the work yard again, he finds the place where he took the log from and drops it back down again, panting and leaning against a post as he relaxes from the strenuous exercise.
**Count Daniel Smith Enters the mine, taking his copper pickaxe along with him. As he surveys the caves, walking through them the count searches for some good ore nodes. Once seeming to find a possible chunk of coal stuck in the wall he'd hack the sharp pick into it. Digging out loose chunks of ore, which he'd wrench out with the flat brim of the pickaxe, trying to collect some
Prayed in the temple again **Count Daniel Smith Takes a knee down in the temple. He bows his head and begins to quietly pray. the count hopes and prays for favor in the lights eyes, good fortune for his holdings and servants and forgiveness. As he quietly prays, his body is unmoving. But eventually, he stops the prayer and slowly lifts himself up from the floor, walking back out of the temple.
Count Daniel Smith says "I wish to make a donation to the temple." **Count Daniel Smith Takes out a big ol sack of coins. He would set them down on the desk in front of the twinkpriest, opening it up. **The bag in total contained 25 shiny coins.
**Ser Hideo nodded. He made a bow and began to step forward, bringing the gladius to his front. He started the dance first, starting slow, albiet this may be seem as fast to the others watching. With a simple overhead strike towards the right shoulder, and down to the left hip, he swung his sword. But he was intentionally spaced too far away for the attack to land, even if it wasn't parried. He just expected Daniel to try and meet steel with him. **Count Daniel Smith Watching the man approach him with weapon ready, he held up a weak guard with the sword. And as Hideo swung the gladius down overhead in his direction, he brought his arm up. Raising the sword in one hand, in a stiff, and untrained motion he would connect his blade with the equally as unskilled swordsman in this style, parrying him just enough. **Ser Hideo placed his left hand on his hip and stood almost sidewards to Daniel, stepping back right after the first strike. The two had exceptionally high dexterity, so their attacks were coming quick and fast- even hard for the spectators to see. But you could see their form lacked refinement. At the very tip of his step-back, he lunged forward just a bit, with a forward stab to the center of Daniel's chest. Again, the lack of confidence in his sword handling skills caused him to thrust from a safe distance. **Count Daniel Smith After facing the first strike with swiftness, he would back off, maintaining his slight distance from the man, and as he came in, attempting to thrust the weapon towards himself, Daniel would tilt his sword inwards and to the side, and just by the skin of his teeth, he blocked it by raising the sword up, as akwardly as he was rapidly pushing on a lever, just able to deflect it. **Ser Hideo placed his left hand on his hip and stood almost sidewards to Daniel, stepping back right after the first strike. He knew that good training came from good effort, so he tried to force it out of Daniel. He took another step forward, not stopping in the onslaught of attacks for him to parry. But he made sure to go steady enough for him to react to the swings. Instead of a slash towards his right shoulder, from the beginning, he immediately followed up with a slash to his left. It was out of range, again, but was still able to be parried. The force behind this swing however was noticably higher than the last few-- Daniel would seem to notice that he's putting up the gauge with the more blows he deflects. **Count Daniel Smith Watching the incoming attack, and the increasing fury of each strike, he had best decided to back up and prepare so he could effectively swing the weapon in his single unwieldly hand. He allowed Hideo to swing at mid air, then turned the handle in his hand before he swatted it out, turning his forearm robotically to try and smack the gladius aside in a guard breaking manuever with the end of his longsword. **Ser Hideo 's sword was swatted by the longsword, but his hand was awkwardly as stiff as a mountain as his weapon hand was barely brushed off to the side. This was less of a training issue and more of the fact that he had twenty four strength. However, he knew that in any other scenario the attack would've worked, so in the split second, he threw his guard way off and forced himself to back up. **Count Daniel Smith Seeing the opponent back up in defense he would move in, extending his sword out at a slight angle with his hand stiffly gripping the blade. Once he came within range, he attempted an attack, quickly bringing his arm straight outwards, and attempting to swing it in at a diagnol low angle, attempting to slap Hideo on the side of his leg with the broadside of his sword in a long process, hoping he could get past the knights low perceptive abilities. **Ser Hideo saw the swing coming and wasn't able to judge whether or not if it'd hit him. He suddenly lunged back as far as he could with the full strength of his legs, as if he was some Dark Souls boss. It seemed he knew where to compensate where he was weak, but it honestly seemed more like a sub-conscious reaction of anything. The tip of the sword just barely smacked against its intended target, due to his poor perception but insanely high reflexes, the latter resulting in a late launch. **Count Daniel Smith After the opponent had backed off, he came in further in a quick marching advance. His weapon held inwards with a guarding stance, the lord swung a brief attack, attempting to swipe at Hideos arm with the broad of his blade the moment he came in close. **Ser Hideo raised his sword in a more pro-active manner, trying to parry the attack further away from him to allow more use of footwork. If he was successful at all, he'd flow the parry into one complete motion, bringing his sword back around to smack the flat against the top of Daniel's weapon hand. **Count Daniel Smith Watching hideo move his weapon to counter attack, stepped back once on his own. With his quick defense, he brough one wrist backwards, catching the gladius against his handguard. He was unagile enough with his one hand to deal with it correctly, and began to pull and try to shake the gladius off of his handguard with some quick and heavy motions. **Ser Hideo pulled his gladius away anyways, suddenly pressing onward with his movements. He continued to dial up the power between the strikes of the flat as his swings kept on, throwing a flurry of random strikes at Daniel. They weren't clumsy, and came from good posture, but were all in bad taste with untrue technique. He didn't know how to use the sword properly at all. **Count Daniel Smith With the sudden return of attacks, the count would begin to retreat with some crafty footwork, circling around as he backed up. While sending some rapid swings of his own blade, he basically half met hideo with his sword, a loose and blurry string of metal clashing against metal occured as he sloppily swung his blade in one hand to tire out the assault brought on by the knight while keeping distance.
**Count Daniel Smith Makes his way into the mines, holding his pickaxe in both hands. As he'd approach the rocks he could possibly spot as hiding iron ore beneath, he begins to pick at the stone, attempting to dig it out and uncover any ores inside.
