Also - If we are allowing dexterity to do all that stuff, it better be that DEX has no effect on movement speed or dodging or that is gonna be so overpowered.
These don't seem unique enough to be considered skill worthy, aside from thunderclap. The strength ones just look like you could do them anyways and don't really do anything unique. Also, the dex skills are extremely underwhelming as a 50 dex human would fight 5 times faster than the average. Pocket sand? Really?
What if I have no pockets? It just seems like something so low tier. Also dex builds shouldn't be limited to one archetype, aka dirty fighting rogues. Speed and power rely on eachother- you'll favor one stat over the other or maybe you won't.
AKA: Whoever meets masters more gets the most power... Which is understandable but:
Who plays the master characters? How do we ensure so that all viable players have an OPPORTUNITY to utilise them? How do we make sure that these "abilities" are worthwhile without being O.P and ensure that there is no bias?

I'd like to point out. Has it ever been thought of races specific attribution skills? I mean, I throw this here for example: On strength 20 an orc can activate berserk. Stats bla bla. Works on Beastman too. I would have thought that maybe, cause of blood of a charcater, their attribution skills could be bit different then from other races. Over all this is all in all general skills set. But that's what I wanted to point out.

I think the admins are capable enough to reward good roleplayers with such rewards, if it'll ever come to it.

I have a suggestion for Willpower 30 The Will - Increases the amount of useage of spells, aswell as blocks any attempt of mind attacks for a duration of 4 turns. 8 Turns cooldown Willpower 40 Iron Will - Your Will allows you now to bring fear upon weaker enemies who sight you when preforming a act to scare your opponent. Passive Willpower 50 Unbroken Seal - You are immune to temptation of curruption and it's effect. Unless you fall into them on purpose. If you are corrupted and want to play evil, any attempt of restoration from Holyness and good will be blocked. Passive
