Heavy Armour

Chain - 3 bar.
Splint - 4 bar.

Shield - 2 bars or 2 wood.
Helmet - 2 bars - 2AC.

All of these requires 1kg leather as well.

As well, you may grant yourself 1 attribute point and two ability points.
