Re-evaluating the business. I am interested in pumping more into the ore economy and thus' we're going to upgrade this system.

Each miner hired is worth 4 coins, this is remaining consistent.

Ore can now be converted per week, this means that you can now instead of receiving just coal each week you can get copper / iron instead.

Every 2 miners produce 1 coal. As such with the current amount of hired miners, the business produces 25 coals.

Conversion rate

2 coals = 1 copper ore.

5 coals = 1 iron ore.

This'll serve as a guild upgrade. In responce to new pickaxes your miners will be able to mine +1 ore however will gain a +2 upkeep per miner.

Have been given 20 levy spearmen and 20 Archers to protect the mines and people.
