Stepped into the streets of Karrack to call for reform and the formation of a new section of peaceful men to support each other's families.

**Arthur North Steps along the low stone wall, suddenly jumping upon it as he begins to speak along the various peasant workers who move by, "Gather around, any sane man seeking a good wage and a helpful and loving lord! In our times of struggle, our Duke has died! It is a terrible fate for a man who could only have served as good, and now we suffer without reason! Enough of such foolish tricks, together we must pack together to save ourselves in such hardy moments, we must form ourselves into a section for the true-seeing and unblind so that we may feed our children, even by my Noble blood! With the heart of any true lord, I, Arthur North, hereby call forth members of a new section to support ourselves under our dutiful Regent of Karrack!"
