Hopefully this post stays alive for as long as it can so many of you can see but I doubt it.
Last night alot of the administration team talked in a meeting about the status of the server and some other stuff involved with it. As I was a trial admin I was not in on this meeting, just heard what I did through friends and catching the chat. Things were discussed and it was said that MadCombat (I don't mean to disparage you) didn't want to pay for the server anymore. I had offered to make a payment, some talk was made about solutions like donations or even changing server hosts. This is where I assume it spiraled down into what has now happened. Mad and Free and locked in steam chat combat, we the community know only so little.
Part of the community is making a new community, it's going to be a group of admins running the server not one man. I didn't play a lot with MadCombat on the Sevilidan server. I saw him maybe for an hour in total of my month or so of playing with this community. To me it seemed like Mad was more interested in other games such as Life is Feudal, where he even brought on emissions yesterday in game because none of the admin team would come to play. That's strange right? To try to take admins off the game while there is a full server playing?
I will be joining FreeStalkers new community, and I hope as many of you who read this do as well. I will not be dropping any other links to the new community as; being on gmod as long as i've been, I know that this community splits often bring unwarranted attacks on both sides from trolls and what not.
