To be able to read this book, your character requires the Literacy 1. So if your character has no tag skill point invested in this. You can not read this book or understand it.
Here is again a brief list what your character gains when completing this long book. All those in Literacy level 1 require 1 IRL Week to finish with provided evidence that the character does invest time of reading it by posts in their own sheet.
Those in Literacy level 2 only need 5 days.
Literacy level 3 is 2 days.
Above level 3 can be done within a day.
What your character gains:
- Tag Skills
+ 1 Skill point in General Knowledge
+1 Skill point in Faith
+1 Skill point in History
-Attributes
+1 Intelligence
+1 Willpower
Note: This will only be given to players who ICly WILL belive in the powers of light. A character who is not interested of investing their time or learning about the light, or is even evil or unholy but reads this book for the sake of gaining extra points for their skill and attributes. It will NOT be given. Each copy of this book are enchanted by the light. It allows unholy characters/NPCs to burn their hands when touching it.
But this can not be used as a weapon to actualy kill a unholy creature.
