Failure to carry out duties - 30 coin fine or 1 weeks imprisonment.

Unlawful murder - 40 coin fine or 3 weeks imprisonment.

Unlawful murder of a nobleman - 50 coin fine and Public execution.

Peasant Jax Thunder, servant of Kharn Rogier. Has started construction on a warehouse, with the attempt of Kharn's prestige to convince other peasants to join in building it and join his land.
Started on the time Kharn left with Glacius to Shade and was gone for atleast over 1 week (I still don't know how long they were gone on Shade).

-This is an attempt to provide noble people of Nar'Shadaw, aswell as from Karrack and the province around. To pay for their souls to be prayed for, as an attempt to increase income of coins. Since this is the only chapel doing it at the moment.
