What you are looking for: He wishes to find powers of chaos, demonic powers to learn and grow from it. A need to know, to learn of how to read books and become smarter. The basic understanding of arcane knowledge, aswell the tongue of the demon and dark power's that they possess.
Event suggestion:
Shu'Pa, most likely alone. Finds a old runic demonic altar/dungeon as such. Where a demon dwells that gives people who enter a trial, that wishes to learn the dark powers. Either with questions, a fight or a sacrafice or all of them. On behalf to be gifted the knowledge, the ability to read, understand arcane and perhaps learn chaos magic.
Why is your character trying to do this: Shu'Pa is a worshipper of chaos, a bad one or a good one you may say it. He wishes nothing more, but to bring chaos with such powers. But he wants to possess such powers for himself, not only helping assisst them. A lust for power of evil, is within him. To go even so far to drink or eat demon flesh and blood. He is obssessed with evilness.
Extra Information: Perhaps only Shu'Pa should be taking part of this event, as most other characters are more neutral/good and would rather stop Shu'Pa by killing him or throwing him into prison. It would be a hard, but great rewarding challenge for him.
