Event suggestion: My suggestion for the event would be to have citizens from the current city of Shades Harbor begin to migrate because they wouldn't be happy with the famines, diseases, and overall corrupt and chaotic state of the city. I would argue that I'd be able to gather a good few of the said citizens into a group of people wanting to travel back to the Dukedom of Karrack and to found a new settlement, even then being that I'm already a prominent figure in the city due to having previously founded the town watch into the militia that we have now, also being backed with my noble birth.
Why is your character trying to do this: The overall reasoning behind why Arthur would want to further himself in the Noble classes, is just for the want to gain more than he already has, which would be to finally gain land and begin a holding of his own.
