What you are looking for: (If you want to suggest a event, leave this as N/A) A way of her to learn more bow + hunting related skills, or perhaps gear in relation to this. There does not appear to be an archery master with any skills or powers to assist in this.
Event Suggestion: Unsure... Although I know it would likel start with Juniper hunting for her lord, Kharn, and then perhaps going missing for a short time after meeting a strange man?
Why is your character trying to do this: (Explain what your character is trying to do, what his motive is.) Juniper realises that Kharns new position would likely mean she gets less pay, even less than she does currently. Rather than be disloyal and abandon him, she increases her hunting frequency, moving further and further from the town with each trip. She longed for money, skills and gear so she could better serve her lord. Perhaps this longing and her adventuring attracts this strange event?
