The dwarf has found an stone that has the perfect shape to be made into an axe with some work, and a sturdy stick
The dwarf starts going ooga booga on this stone, with using other stones to notch it down into a sharper shape, and resembling more of an axe, and starts removing wood from the stick with his so called "axe head", to make a sizeable hole for inserting the stone head, and then hammering the so called axe head with another stone into said stick hole, and tying it up with some fiber from nearby plants
had to roll 1d20, got 7, admin kato decided it was a medicore stoneaxe with 1d4 damage
