These are very very strong feats.

You may choose either Sniper feat or Animal Companion feat.

Regarding magically bonding with a beast, I'm not going to allow that.
Sniper feats benefit is also lost if you take damage.

Pick which one.

Furthermore,
Heavy Crossbow is 50 gp | 1d10 piercing | 18 lb. | Ammunition (range 100/400), heavy, loading, two-handed.

Fix your AC so it corrosponds with your dexterity modifier as well, please.
